Jade Emperor is a title used by multiple people throughout the story. Its actual political power in the setting is unknown, but it is suggested that it was once the highest position in the Heavenly Realm.
- Okhwang: The original holder of the title. He was a Heavenly Realm God, father of the Princes of Natak, Master of the Nine-Tails Guardian, and Leader of Nox.
- Han Dae-Wi: Okhwang's successor as Leader of Nox and inheritor of his Wisdom of the Sage. He is recognized by Okhwang and the Heavenly Realm as King of All Humans and the next Jade Emperor.
- Ultio R: Okhwang's son who usurped his position, absorbed his physical power, and usurped his right to wield the Blade of Tathagata and Cane of the Sage.
- Yu Mi-Ra: Ultio R's successor and inheritor of Okhwang's physical power. The Blade of Tathagata currently accepts her as its owner. Sang Man-Duk recognizes her as the next Jade Emperor.
